As part of the expansion of our tax department, we are now looking for a Senior Manager International Tax (m/f/d) to join our global finance team in Berlin.

• Develop, implement and lead HelloFresh's international tax topics, processes and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and provide comprehensive international corporate tax advice with respect to business operations and expansion, but also a variety of topics such as financing measures and dividends, M&A, cross border transactions and global mobility, whilst safeguarding German tax aspects such as Außensteuergesetz (AStG). 
• Support tax audits and tax litigation of our foreign companies and their teams, including negotiations with local tax authorities.
• Analysis and delivery of solutions for global, trans-regional tax developments (such as ATAD, MDR and BEPS).
• Maintenance and further development of the Tax Compliance Management System through identification of measures, implementation of controls and continuous optimization of processes with regard to international tax law.
• Report to the Head of International Tax, and close cooperation with the Group Tax team and other internal stakeholders to integrate tax considerations into overall business strategies.
• Provide guidance to internal teams on tax implications related to various business decisions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors.

• You have a degree in economics or law with a focus on taxation.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the tax department of a company or an international tax consultancy or auditing firm.
• Knowledge of international and German tax laws.
• Strong Project Leadership Credentials.
• A successfully completed tax advisor examination is an advantage.
• You have very good English and German language skills and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You work independently and in a structured manner
