Senior Manager, Lyft Media Operations

As a Sr. Manager of Operations for Lyft Media, you’ll lead the team and manage all of Media’s Hardware Ops including Halo (Rooftop Display) and Tablet which is Lyft’s In-Car advertising product. On the Halo business, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the fleet in New York City as well as collaborating with our OOH sales partner, Intersection. On the Tablet front, you'll own the growth strategy and associated operational processes, internal stakeholder relationships and vendor / partner management. In addition, you will be responsible for cost management, scale goals and maintaining healthy retention rates. You will collaborate with the Technical Operations team to ensure a healthy product/fleet, and achieve growth goals in accordance with the strategy and roadmap of the Lyft Media business.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of 5-6 operations leads / managers
- Own the strategic operations of the Halo rooftop advertising business in New York City
- Own the relationship with Intersection to ensure it remains healthy, we meet KPIs and grow the business where applicable
- Own strategic and tactical operations for the Tablet product including growth planning, deployment strategy and processes along with partner management
- Own key partner relationships from data providers, MDM providers, hardware vendors and other suppliers
- Drive executive communication via weekly email updates and monthly meetings
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative operational data using spreadsheets and other analytical tools to make data-driven decisions
- Deep dive into the data to gather insights in order to help identify root causes, recommend solutions, and maintain strong fleet health KPIs
- Work closely with Finance on inputs to the Media P&L including cost control and reduction
- Work cross-functionally across Tech Ops, Sales, Tech, Finance, Procurement & Legal to move the business forward, navigate challenges and ensure continuity in processes and initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7-10 years of experience in a mix of strategy, operations and program management
- 3+ years of people management experience

- Proven problem solver: You not only effectively, creatively, and quickly solve complex problems, but you gain buy in from stakeholders in order to sustain your solutions
- Excellent time management: You are able to prioritize multiple competing tasks and projects by assessing urgency and importance
- Proficient with tools such G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc) and Excel

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $152,000 - $190,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
