Senior Marketing Manager, France & Spain

The Head of Marketing, France & Spain, plays a critical role in guiding us to achieve our goals and vision to create an independent currency of trust in our key markets.
This role will help build and develop our strategy to deliver growth and brand awareness specifically across our French and Spanish markets.
You will be a key member of the Regional Marketing team, and will support build:
- Brand awareness and growth by creating and managing the marketing investment and customer narrative in each market we represent.
- Strategies that attract customers and drive revenue at scale, working closely with global Marketing teams.
- Omni-channel programs and campaigns targeting our customers and prospects and working with our Commercial partners to optimize conversion.
- Expertise in market nuances and local insight, being natives in the markets we represent.
- The full marketing mix in each market fulfilling the plans and goals for that market and a consistent brand narrative.
What you’ll be doing:
As Head of Marketing for France and Spain, you’ll be at the forefront of positioning Trustpilot’s brand offering across these markets. You will direct and shape a B2B prospect’s journey across all marketing channels (PR, digital, events, webinars, content, nurture). You will work closely with the Sales Director and the Sales, Customer Success and Partner teams to optimize campaigns that promote high quality leads to sales and revenue from our customer audience.
- Lead and execute on team goals autonomously, and set the direction for marketing in our French and Spanish markets, in line with the organizational strategy.
- Own and deliver complex multi-channel demand generation campaigns - throughout the full campaign cycle - with a key focus on brand positioning and ROI - including email, events, digital, and content.
- Own and deliver campaigns to our paying customer audience to drive revenue and retention.
- Work closely with the Brand and Consumer teams to deliver consumer-facing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with local sales and partner functions to align on goals, create and deliver on co-marketing activities.
Who you are:
- +8 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role - spanning demand generation and Lifecycle marketing. Some consumer experience is also desirable.
- Fluent / Native French and/or Spanish and English
- Ability to operate in a high-performance environment and a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Demonstrated capability in marketing development and execution
- Continual focus on customer-centric, data-driven insights to facilitate decisions to improve business performance
- A desire to create a culture of collaboration within inclusive and diverse teams
- A proactive hands-on approach, with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels
- Hands-on knowledge of a marketing automation platform, CRM systems and digital platforms
- Strong facilitation and influencing skills for cross- functional initiatives
- Effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and fast-moving environment
- Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise communication of complex issues
- High energy level, with a bias for positivity, action and accountability
- Self-starting initiative and organization
