The Senior Marketing Manager is a critical role in helping us achieve our ambitions and vision to create an independent currency of trust in priority growth markets in Europe.

This role will help develop and execute our strategy to deliver growth and brand awareness specifically across our IT region. 

You will be a key member of the Regional Marketing team, and will manage:

  • Brand awareness and growth by managing and delivering the marketing plan in Italy
  • Strategies and campaigns that attract business customers and drive revenue at scale, working closely with global Marketing teams
  • Strategies and campaigns that retain our customers and develop their relationship with Trustpilot
  • A strong collaborative partnership with Commercial teams in the region, to optimise conversion of new business and develop our existing customer base.
  • The marketing plan for the region, fulfilling the growth ambitions for the region and a consistent brand narrative.  

What you'll be doing:

As Senior Marketing Manager for the IT region, you’ll be part of a small team positioning Trustpilot’s brand offering across Italy. You will shape and deliver a B2B prospect’s journey across key marketing channels (digital, events, webinars, co-marketing, content, nurture). You will also execute initiatives driving engagement, upsell and cross sell among the B2B free and paying customer audience. You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Partner teams across segments to optimize campaigns that drive high quality leads to sales and revenue from our customer audience. 

How you will operate:

  • Key member of a small team in-region to execute on team goals in our Italian market, in line with the organizational strategy.
  • Own and deliver complex multi-channel demand generation campaigns - throughout the full campaign cycle - with a strong focus on brand positioning and ROI - including email, events, digital, and content.
  • Own and deliver initiatives to our paying customer audience to drive revenue and retention. 
  • Work closely with local sales and partner functions to create and execute on co-marketing activities.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Commercial teams in the region, partnering to create a smooth and efficient new business funnel and customer success environment

Who you are:

  • Considerable experience in a B2B marketing role - spanning demand generation and customer marketing.
  • Fluent / Native Italian and English
  • Ability to operate in a high-performance environment and strive to continuously learn and improve
  • Demonstrated capability in marketing plan development and best-in-class execution
  • Continual focus on customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions improve business performance
  • A desire to create a culture of collaboration within inclusive and diverse teams
  • A proactive hands-on approach, with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels
  • Hands-on knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and digital platforms. Knowledge of SFMC is desirable. 
  • Strong facilitation and influencing skills for cross- functional initiatives
  • Effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and fast-moving environment
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise communication of complex issues
  • High energy level, with a bias for positivity, action and accountability. A self-starter.
