A Brief Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Reporting Analyst to join our People Analytics team in the
role of Senior People Analytics Analyst. As an integral part of our workforce, you'll be responsible for
leveraging Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to provide valuable insights and analytics within
our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

What you will do
Design, develop, maintain, and deliver key HCM (OTBI) reporting dashboards, analytics, and.
Lead, direct, and execute data, reporting, and analytical needs through analytics project stages:, Data
Understanding, Data Acquisition and Preparation, Testing, Validation, Visualization/Model
Development, Deployment, Maintenance, and Retirement.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using OTBI within Oracle HCM suite.
Develop, review, and enhance queries in SQL for reporting purposes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and strategize on business requirements and
translate them into actionable solutions.
Create and optimize data models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of information.
Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud functionality and data structures to drive efficient BI solutions.
Excellent client interfacing skills, collaborating with client technical and business stakeholders, and
crafting technical strategy and design documents.

Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and enhancements, implementing relevant changes to
improve BI capabilities.
Implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Train and mentor other members of the team for continued adoption and instilling best practices.
Additional projects and duties as assigned by manager
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience Qualifications
Typically 5+years proven experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud and proficiency in OTBI
Skills and Abilities
Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting and analytics tools and solutions
Proficient in SQL – writing, editing, enhancing queries in Oracle
Strong understanding of HR data and processes, coupled with hands-on experience in data analysis and
visualization tools.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and
deliver effective BI solutions.
Experience in data analysis and root cause analysis and developing problem solving and analytical
thinking capabilities
Proven track record in client interfacing, working with both IT and business stakeholders, and crafting
technical strategy and design documents.
Demonstrates flexibility in examining new approaches in problem solving in response to changing
organizational objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite, expertise in Excel
Knowledge of Agile and previous experience working in an Agile team desired
Licenses and Certifications
Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud or relevant BI tools preferred
