Responsibilities:

As a Senior People Operations Specialist at Crunchyroll, you will be a key member of the People team, reporting to the Director of People Operations to provide our workforce with best in class services and support. 

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Employee Support and Expertise:
• Provide subject matter expertise and support to all employees, contributing to our "people-first" culture using email and a ticketing system such as JIRA.
• HR Administration:
• Administer benefits, payroll, onboarding/offboarding, leaves of absences, time off programs
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documents (e.g., employment records, onboarding guides) accurately and confidentially using HR tools such as Workday.
• Ensure that HR policies and procedures are being adhered to in compliance with legal standards and company policy.
• Organizational Development / Special Projects:
• Participate in the execution of specific projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or the introduction of new HR tools and systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with key stakeholders internally and externally, ensuring effective resolution of employee needs and to enhance the overall work environment.

Qualifications:

• Broad range of People Operations knowledge.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including coordination and specialist roles.
• Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in various work modalities (online, in-person, remote).
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with HR tools such as Workday, JIRA, and Google Workspace.
• Accountable, organizationally minded, with a growth mindset.
