What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Senior Pricing and Packaging Manager.

LogicMonitor is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Pricing and Packaging Manager to bring our products to customers through a compelling and efficient pricing and packaging process. 

You will be responsible for the pricing and packaging strategy, and execution on both existing and new products. You will collaborate closely with product, product marketing, GTM teams and finance to coordinate and align the organization behind the strategy to deliver customer value and drive growth and profits. A successful candidate will have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This is an individual contributor role and will report to the VP of Business Operations.

Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:

  • Define the end-to-end pricing and packaging execution process from identifying customer needs to effectively delivering new pricing and packaging changes to the customer
  • Identify customer needs and partner closely with product team to define the pricing and packaging strategy to drive customer value and company profits 
  • Analysis sales data, product data, external market data and financial data to uncover data driven and actionable insights
  • Align the company behind the pricing strategy by coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams between Product, Marketing, Pre and Post Sales, IT and Finance
  • Partner closely with deal desk team to transform the workflow into a deal value 
  • Create a feedback loop between customer needs and product to enhance the NPI engine 
  • Monitor and measure and effectiveness of pricing and packaging strategies and initiatives
  • Drive Pricing Counsel to review business needs, identify initiatives and design a roadmap for implementation and delivery of pricing and packaging changes throughout the year

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred - an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered
  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Software pricing and packaging in software provider company or top tier consulting firm
  • Understanding of pricing frameworks and hands on experience in design and implementation of pricing and packaging initiatives
  • Strong program management skills to facilitate organizational progress in driving strategic initiatives
  • Self motivated and an excellent communicator while working across all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Google suites, MS office, Salesforce, and basic modeling

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$119,000—$163,700 USD
