Senior Product Analyst - UK and Europe
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to partner with our Regional Product teams and help drive data-driven and innovative growth decisions.
Our Regional teams focus on how we integrate Wise products in the most optimal way for our customers across the globe. Money Without Borders is building a multi-domestic experience for our customers.
Your mission:
Your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of UK and European customers and help your team to focus on solving their most critical problems.
The focus of this team is to ensure that money moves in and out of Wise in the most seamless, cost-effective, convenient, and fast way for customers. The goal for you, in this role will be to focus on and affect the parts of our product that will help us scale 10x as we enable core functionality for global money transfers.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing:
- You’ll derive actionable insights from data to inform product decisions, from improving our onboarding flow to reduce friction using one product.
- You’ll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs for Europe and monitor the impact of new product features on conversion, stickiness and engagement
- You’ll help to understand our customers and the impact our product has on their lives
- You’ll help building conviction on high-value areas and challenging them if there are faster or more effective ways to grow the market
- You’ll inspire a team environment where ideas are shared and openness is valued
- You’ll make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders
This role will give you the opportunity to:

A bit about you:
- You have a background working in similar product-driven roles and 2+/4+ years of experience in analytics
- You have advanced SQL skills
- You’re proficient with Python/R, able to automate complex processes and construct robust data pipelines
- You have experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) and demonstrate storytelling ability with data
- You’ve worked in cross functional teams involving Product, Engineering, Design and Research, and can manage senior stakeholders
- You’re a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously
Extra skills that are beneficial but not mandatory:
- Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem
- Past experience on funnel optimisation

- Base salary: £75k-100k gross / year base (based on experience & interview outcomes)
