As a Senior Product Analyst at Liftoff, you will: 

• Proactively identify product improvement opportunities with highest impact to mid- and long-term business objectives.

• Conduct research on various business problems to uncover bottlenecks and suggest improvements with minimal guidance.

• Promote data driven culture by infusing data into xfn decision making.

• Independently use data expertise to evaluate opportunity sizing for product and business proposals.

• Design, monitor and tune big data queries to run on distributed clusters, write code for statistical analysis, and create data visualizations for sharing analysis results.

• Design, set up, and analyze outcomes of A/B tests.

• Create analyses to validate hypotheses and propose solutions or next steps.

• Use statistical methods of data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies or quantify observations.

• Build dashboards for product and business stakeholders using Tableau, Looker, or similar tool.

• Telecommuting is permitted. Employee may request to work from any city & county in the following states: CA, CO, ID, IL, GA, MA, MO, MN, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI, TX, UT, WA.

• Salary: $116,646 - $149,500 per year.

   

  Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field plus 3 years of professional experience asData Analyst, Intelligence Analyst, or related occupation/position/job title involving data analysis.

  Must also have experience with the following special skills: 3 years of professional experience conducting Data Analysis, including analyzing data with SQL, evaluating data, designing data models and data flow pipelines using ETL tools, and creating data mapping documents; 3 years of professional experience collaborating with Data Science or Product teams; 3 years of professional experience querying and analyzing data sets using SQL, Python, or Jupiter notebooks and utilizing relational database management systems; 3 years of professional experience analyzing gaps and shortfalls in existing systems and proposing potential areas of product improvement; and 2 years of professional experience utilizing relational database management systems including PostgreSQL
