We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to support our this mission in Paris. In this position you would join our Patient Health Platform domain in our taffic team working to maximize the amount of patients who benefit from our services. You will be responsible for the traffic growth of Doctolib, making sure that we acquire patients at the right pace and that everyone discovers how we can improve their health. The scope of the team will revolve around SEO performance, privacy-compliant marketing tooling and practitioner profile content.

What you’ll do

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Understand users' problems & needs across several countries and clusters, using qualitative and quantitative data 
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, business and technical context through benchmarking and research 
  • Define the vision and own the product strategy of the product brick(s) you are responsible for 
  • Build a prioritized roadmap and product plan to deliver this vision in a scalable way, taking into account Doctolib’s growth plan 
  • Be able to explain and convince the different stakeholders about your choices
  • Lead the execution of the projects autonomously, from problem definition to solution framing, specs writing, validation of developments, rollout and follow-up results and impacts 
  • Define each project specifications and ensure key product management processes for the confidentiality and security of health data 
  • Work cross-functionally with development teams, user researchers, designers, and data analysts in an agile environment. 
  • Contribute to the global growth of the product team by engaging in knowledge sharing, best-practice implementation, and creating new processes to help us adapt as we scale
Who you are

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Product Management with direct product ownership: you have worked with developers, led rituals, wrote specifications
  • Base your strategic product decisions with a strong analytical mindset grounded on data.
  • Have already managed SEO from a product point of view and are considered an SEO expert in your current company
  • Already developed/launched products in a large scale B2C environment, where you need to change the engine while it runs at full speed
  • Always put the user in the center of your work and want to be close to them
  • Speak English at least on a C1 level 

Now, it would be fantastic if you also:

  • You master A/B testing and are familiar with marketplace analytical challenges.
  • Think global/act local and are used to working in an international environment
  • Are ambitious to transform healthcare with an entrepreneurial mindset
