We kindly ask you to only apply if you meet this requirement!As (Senior) Product Manager, your product team will have a direct impact on supporting Capmos strategic goal of moving upmarket, attracting larger customers, and transitioning from a software tool to the best platform for managing construction projects in the execution phase.These challenges are awaiting you: 

• Completely own one domain with your product team, ensuring that it’s even easier for our customers to get started and configure Capmo to their needs
• Prioritize opportunities in line with our strategy as well as by leveraging data insights to make sure we work on what brings the most value to our customers and our business
• Partner with Product Design & Engineering to deliver outstanding user experience in an agile manner - maintain & prioritize a feasible backlog and facilitate ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Refinements, Retros, and Dailies
• Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside of Capmo to formulate and test hypotheses ensuring that you are shipping high-impact solutions
• Support iterating processes within the Product Management group to continuously improve our Product operations.

• You have 3+ (depending on a certain experience), better 4-5 years of experience working in the Product Management field in startups or start-up-like environments, ideally in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS 
• You have a proven track record of discovering and delivering solutions within complex software spaces
• You are experienced in using both quantitative (e.g. KPIs, metrics) and qualitative data (e.g. user research, feedback) to inform prioritization and business judgments
• You are excellent at translating company strategy and business goals into initiatives & features within your domain (feasible tactics, balancing trade-offs between scope, time, and quality)
• You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and a servant leadership mindset which goes in line with strong stakeholder management skills to design strategy & go-to-market approaches for new features
• You can deliver outstanding outcomes promptly by strong prioritization, focus and by applying Lean approaches 
• You are fluent in German (must have!) and English in both, written and spoken
