In this role, you will join the growth team in building best-in-class self-serve experiences that drive product-led growth. You will own the Activation area including driving the strategy, roadmap and execution for the customer journey making it extremely easy for businesses to start building trust, promote and improve.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality experiences that lead to desired outcomes
  • Build out the strategy for Activation (free & paid) in partnership with Marketing and Commercial teams
  • Collaborating with your team and others to think big and imagine future solutions to solve problems
  • Run experiments to increase targeted outcomes and share those learnings across the company
  • Partner with analytics and research to better understand what drives your targeted outcomes; be a subject matter expert on the topic
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our overarching growth product strategy
  • Taking ownership of the product roadmap and backlog, and ensuring that they are aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Conducting research and interacting regularly with customers to gain knowledge about the problems you are solving and defining and framing these problems with your team
  • Building relationships with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer success and promoting product-thinking throughout the organisation
  • Communicating product plans, status, and issues to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Motivating your team and colleagues to produce their best work possible.

We are looking for people with:

  • Proven history of delivering tangible business outcomes
  • Good communication skills and proven history of effective collaboration with cross-functional product teams 
  • Passion for delivering high-quality experiences that solve customer problems and drive business impact
  • Comprehensive understanding of product management principles and processes, including product strategy, product roadmap development, and agile development methodologies
  • Analytical mindset and can leverage data to inform your product decisions as well as establish metrics and OKRs to measure product success
  • Friendly, knowledgeable, open-minded, collaborative and able to motivate and inspire others.
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS products is desirable
  • Experience working on a Growth team is desirable
  • Previous experience running A/B tests
  • Good prioritization skills
