Senior Product Manager, Sales Automation
Candidates for this position will be expected to comply with their team's hybrid work schedule requirements.
Who We Are
Sales Technology at Wayfair owns all of the tools and experiences used by hundreds of sales people to generate $3 billion dollars of our top-line revenue. We do this across two primary programs – Wayfair Professional, our business-to-business offering (think Contractors, Interior Designers), and our inbound Consumer Sales & Services team (think Design Services, shopping help for complex items like large appliances).
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team and lead conception, product strategy, shaping, and go to market for a sales automation and orchestration platform that integrates tightly with our tech ecosystem. Your product will directly help RevOps Managers automate our lead funnel, build territory and book management processes enriched by seller & customer data, and develop our capability to predictively task our sellers (using ML models to predict their best actions). Think Zapier, but deployed to drive efficiency and automate tons of the work needed to build a $3bn sales-enabled business.
