We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to increase our data & revenue KPIs on a portfolio of multiple B2C products. As a PM, You’ll work closely with our Engineering, Design, Marketing, and product managers teams to define experiments and use the results to accelerate the growth of our B2C products.
This role will report to Senior Director of Product, B2C.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and the broader market and competitors through continuous research and interviews
- Plan, prioritize and execute highly impactful product features to realize the product vision. Ensure high team velocity and the most effective use of team resources
- Drive the product development process end-to-end from discovery, through definition and design, to development and deployment
- Work closely with a multi-disciplinary development team - data scientists, big data engineers, full-stack developers - product designers, product marketers, and various business stakeholders
- Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback and iterate on features to achieve product goals
This is the perfect job for someone who:
- A BSc in industrial engineering, computer science, system engineering or a significant equivalent experience - a strong basis for modeled thinking
- At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on Product Manager
- Highly data driven, and experimentation-orientated. Strong product analytics skills and data oriented thinking. Experienced in running A/B tests and using data to improve a product.
- Proven experience and passion for building and optimizing great products with multiple successful product launches. Experience building both B2C and B2B products- a strong advantage
- Experience in fast-moving startup environments - an advantage; experience in mobile and online communities- boom!
- Superb collaboration and communication skills, ready to work with and align many stakeholders across the organization, and partner closely with both R&D & product design; comfortable working with ambiguity.
- An excellent team player with a can-do attitude. Hands-on mentality - a must!
