About the TeamProduct Operations is a function that sits under the Operations org within Cardlytics. This team is focused on ensuring that the right products are rolled out efficiently and effectively. While this team works very closely with the Product team, they interact with stakeholders across the entire organization.

About the PositionReports to: VP, Operations & AnalyticsLocation: Remote, US

To further our mission, we're seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager. This role will help improve our GTM motion, establish efficient feedback management systems, drive XFN communication programs, and provide product adoption / usage insights. These practices will accelerate our ability to synthesize feedback, insights, and industry trends into our long-term product vision & strategy. These contributions will help scale our business more efficiently and align our efforts with the most impactful opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the product team across the product lifecycle, ensuring the roadmap creation process / tool is used consistently and that all roadmaps are updated and communicated periodically.
  • Work with Product to determine what milestones are needed to move between various stages. Identify the right candidates, get required information from them, and operationalize the various launch stages. Ensure sales collateral needs are captured and that collateral gets created on time with right details to smoothen the rollout.
  • Focus on structurally engaging relevant cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, customer success, support, etc. Support the development of training materials and sessions, and ensure relevant cross-functional teams are equipped with what they need to execute against new products.
  • Lead internal collaboration through SME group meetings, creating and managing centralized source of truth for product documentation and ensuring reports/updates are provided to the business on adoption of new products and success hitting rollout milestones.
  • Ensure users are able to discover new product capabilities, adopt new features, and get value. Work closely with implementation, onboarding, or professional services teams to ensure self-service documentation and help is available for users.
  • Monitor production adoption and other KPIs. As new products are being built, ensure regular cross-functional feedback & ideas are being collected & incorporated by Product to both deliver the intended impact and work within our day-to-day operations.
  • Establish user feedback management models to collect and synthesize user feedback from multiple channels, such as in-product surveys, support channels, and product feedback and feature requests.
  • Drive complex programs end to end, such as product newsletters and satisfaction surveys.
  • Build and maintain a core set of product analytics dashboards, automated reports, and metrics insights leveraged by the product team.
  • Apply analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions that will help us achieve our strategic goals.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of Product Operations or Program Management related experience in the advertising industry
  • Ability to understand complex technical systems, features & processes and how they all interact with one anotherAbility to translate technical concepts and instructions into non-technical terms for internal and external communication
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, and ability to work effectively with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, & attention to detail
  • Demonstrated delivery of large-scale programs, preferably multiple successful product launches.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to multi-task across competing priorities.
  • Experience working in a high growth environment and adapting to frequent change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of management experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in the Card Linked Offers (CLO) space
  • Proficiency in MS/Google suite of products
