Role Description

This role will join the Dropbox Partner Marketing function to support the GTM for Dropbox Partners as well as the GTM for Dropbox Ventures. We are looking for a Program Manager with experience in building and scaling Marketing processes to drive business impact. You will play a meaningful role in prioritizing and driving strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. The role will heavily collaborate with stakeholders from all Marketing functional areas: PMM, Lifecycle Marketing, Paid Media, Web Platforms, and Field and Channel Marketing, PR and Communications, as well as Business Development and Corporate Ventures.

The Dropbox Partner Marketing team is responsible for planning and executing Go To Market with Dropbox largest partners like Adobe, Lenovo AWS and many more, to drive adoption of Dropbox products and ultimately new customers. We are also responsible for driving the Go To Market strategy and execution for portfolio companies that Dropbox Ventures invests in. This multi-faceted role will also support planning and resourcing for new partners and partner-facing initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for a strong operational program manager with a good eye for partner marketing who can build and navigate relationships with individuals at the team and leadership levels. You will create operational blueprints and steer a range of high-impact programs, applying the right amount of process and governance, and ensuring continuous improvement in our planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Build the blueprint for how Partner Marketing Programs are resourced, planned and executed at Dropbox both for strategic partners and for Dropbox Corporate Venture
  • Prioritize programs and projects based on company objectives, forecasted impact, and available resources
  • Manage new program intake; coordinate project team assignment with resource team leads.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with other Marketing teams and internal partners, building consensus in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Develop collaborative relationships with Business Development and Corporate Development team, building consensus in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Directly manage multiple Marketing projects, managing schedules and deliverable progress, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on interdependencies, next steps, and progress; preemptively identify and manage risks, raising issues when needed to remove blockers.
  • Work with the Campaign Lead & PMO Lead to build a unified, centralized view of global campaigns and programs, and maintain an integrated marketing calendar/roadmap.

  • Collaborate with the Comms team to resource and plan communication and PR for Dropbox Ventures investment announcements, from PR and blog posts, executive quotes and more 
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience managing projects/programs
  • Experience developing operational processes
  • Experience with Partners or Partner marketing teams
  • Experience designing GTM strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to work at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage programs and projects, and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Total Rewards

Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation.  We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Current Salary/OTE Ranges (Subject to change):• US Zone 1: $157,300 - $185,000 - $212,800.• US Zone 2: $141,500 - $166,500 - $191,500.• US Zone 3: $125,800 - $148,000 - $170,200. Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current US Zone locations are as follows:• US Zone 1: San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro• US Zone 2: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington (outside Seattle metro) and Washington DC metro• US Zone 3: All other US locations
