Role: Senior Programme Manager (FTC 7 months mat cover)

Location:Hybrid / London, England (mostly remote, but working from OLIVER HR/client office x2 a month)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Programme Manager will define and shape all account processes and set operational best practices across the account.  

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to the Account Director, the Programme Manager oversees the team of 2 Project Manager in the UK and 1 remote Project Manager and forms part of a larger team of creative and client service resource.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Scoping, planning and specification of projects 
  • Take overall responsibility for your team’s project governance, ensuring all tasks are completed to the required standard for marketing communication channels 
  • Providing support to the team to create and manage master documentation 
  • Effectively monitoring progress and profitability, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and within budget. 
  • Maintain and support the client’s brand guidelines and standards as specified and manage the quality control across all offices
  • Develop consultative relationships with key marketing technology and operations clients. 
  • Develop and effectively maintain excellent working relationships with the Client Services team to deliver projects on brief 
  • Working in a team of 8.
  • 2 direct reports.
  • Work across Luxury Fashion products.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • The ability to lead a team to deliver high-quality work that is on time and within budget. 
  • The ability to parachute into situations, assess them and make quick beneficial decisions 
  • Being able to define best practice and creative processing.
  • Understanding of the importance of prioritising work/shifting priorities as required to meet ever-changing deadlines.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and willing to refine the key skills for running a business.
  • Experience in Luxury sectors.
  • Experience working with Fashion products.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in: Digital, Print, Artwork
