Our international Property Team is looking for an open-minded and agile Project Manager (w/m/x), with charisma and leadership skills, who knows how to adapt to the changes and challenges of the project and enjoys working worldwide in an international team.

As a Project Manager on the global team, you'll be responsible for liaising with the local operations teams and key stakeholders across our international markets to support the delivery of new and existing facilities. You will actively coordinate some of our international projects. You will manage construction supervisors from external suppliers as well as coordinate between internal stakeholders. You will keep track of deliverables and of schedules and take care of reports for various stakeholders. You will also inspect and approve the progress of the construction work.Additionally, you will work on our existing and future standards for construction and facilities.

• Project Management in highly demanding international projects, from the design phase, through tendering and awarding to the construction phase
• Management of multidisciplinary teams with a clear international focus
• Management and control of deadlines, costs and building qualities, oversee local CAPEX projects with timeline and cost control
• Contribute to the definition of project parameters in terms of communication, organizational chart, structure, and reporting
• Communication with all project participants
• Evaluating and pre qualifying new supplier contracts to ensure best value for HelloFresh

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction and/or Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in international project management.refrigerated food facility and fit out experience would be advantageous.
• Good communication skills, as well as empathy for working with people from other cultures and the ability to handle the difficulties of working on projects with multiple languages.
• Self-directed, problem-solving and organized, escalating blockers early with recommendations to senior management.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of other languages (preferably German or Dutch) will be a significant plus. 
• Experience of using Google GSuite, basic knowledge of Navisworks, Revit, Visio or similar as a plus.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings (2D and 3D/BIM) and technical, legal and contractual documents.
• Knowledge in international leases, contracts, and construction practices, basic knowledge of Lean or Agile methodology, as well as BIM principles.
• Willingness and ability to frequent travel and international mobility.
