Our dynamic, collaborative environment fosters creativity and empowers you to make a real difference. Here's what awaits you: We are currently seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to assist us in expanding into new markets and establishing UNIO as a leading space-enabler service player. 

  • New Business: You will play a crucial role in identifying potential business cases, developing plans, and operationalizing the market strategy. 
  • Drive Growth: Your responsibility will be to build a substantial lead pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing. 
  • Grow the Network: You will need to engage with, manage, and develop relationships with relevant governmental, commercial, and institutional organizations across the market. 
  • Write Winning Bids: You should create outstanding proposals for commercial, institutional tenders, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the bids are successful. 

Your profile

We are searching for a motivated individual who possesses a strategic approach and is enthusiastic about developing a career in the newspace industry.  If you have a passion for sales and aspire to contribute significantly towards establishing UNIO as a prominent player in the global space-enabled services market, we would love to hear from you. 

  • Relevant Work Experience: First-hand experience as Sales or Business Development Manager with a proven track record (+7 years), ideally in a relevant industry (Agriculture, Transport & Logistics or Automotive). 
  • Expertise: A solid technical understanding combined with a strong business acumen. 
  • Language: Fluency in English and German (verbal and written).
