In a Nutshell:

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise and drive significant revenue growth. You'll work closely with established sales leaders, industry leading speakers, and build a robust sales pipeline with unlimited earning potential. We are seeking a highly motivated strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the events, hospitality, or talent representation industries.

This position will be required to work out of our NYC office four days a week. 

What You’d Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure high-value speaking engagements for our roster of talent.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and event planners at corporations, associations, and agencies.
  • Proactively source and qualify new leads, building a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their unique strengths, preferences, and active strategies.
  • Negotiate and close complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms while avoiding future issues to navigate.
  • Manage the entire deal lifecycle, from initial contact to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain the CRM with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales tools.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback to senior management, contributing to the development of overall business strategy.
  • Protect all proprietary information.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales agents, sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and resources.

What You’ve Got:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the events, hospitality, talent representation, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in managing large value contracts.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and G Suite.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

** This role offers a base salary and a commission structure tied to sales performance.
