Join our GTM Analytics Team as a Senior Sales Analyst, where you'll be a pivotal force in guiding our Sales team with your expertise in sales analytics. Your role is integral to shaping sales strategies aligned with marketing initiatives and our broader business goals. By harnessing data, you will enhance sales effectiveness and foster a collaborative culture across departments.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that are data-driven and aligned with marketing objectives and broader company goals.
  • Performance Analysis and Forecasting: Evaluate sales tactics and forecast trends, providing the Sales team with insights to optimize ROI and drive business decisions.
  • Customer Journey and Pricing Strategy: Collaborate on customer journey mapping and pricing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and alignment with GTM strategy.
  • Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration with Marketing and Customer Experience teams for a cohesive GTM strategy.
  • Insightful Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Generate and present sales reports, and develop dashboards to monitor key metrics, aligning with marketing dashboards for comprehensive business performance insights

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Experience: At least 5 years in sales analytics, with leadership experience and B2B SaaS sector knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills for generating actionable insights through advanced statistical techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent skills in conveying complex data insights in an understandable manner.
  • Cross-functional Experience: Proven experience in roles that require collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
