We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Manager to lead the Inbound sales funnel. This role will oversee a team of Sales Development Managers and focus on attaining exceptional top of funnel results. 

 

You will report directly to the Director of Sales Development and will be asked to scale the team of SDRs and SDR Managers.

 

About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

  • Responsible for owning + scaling inbound channel sales performance 
  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach KPIs
  • Hire, develop and coach SDR managers 
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Growth Operations, Systems and Sales Enablement to meet strategic goals 
  • Regularly and effectively report out on team performance 
  • Create a growth focused, high energy and collaborative culture for SDRs and SDR Managers to develop professionally

  • Management experience 
  • Has a data driven background & comfortable using data to make decisions 
  • Proven record of leading a team to achieve sales targets
  • Has the ability to work cross functionally to influence initiatives

The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range for this role is listed below. Total Targeted Cash for this role consists of a base salary plus the eligibility for equity and/or other benefits. In addition, this role qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.Total Targeted Cash$169,000—$270,000 USD
