What's the opportunity?Intercom is launching a new Enterprise motion, and the Enablement team is expanding to support this next phase of growth. We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager based in Dublin to serve as a critical strategic business partner to our Head of Enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up as we scale our approach to selling into the world’s largest companies.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing the enablement strategy that empowers our Enterprise Account Executives and Relationship Managers to navigate complex buying groups, deliver strategic value, and win large-scale deals. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Operations, R&D, and other cross-functional partners to ensure our field teams are equipped to succeed in this new segment.
What will I be doing?Reporting to the Senior Director of Global GTM Enablement, you will lead Enterprise enablement efforts and support global Enterprise initiatives. You will:
- Partner directly with the Head of Enterprise to define enablement priorities that align to our business strategy and Enterprise sales goals.
- Build and execute learning programs that reflect the complexity of Enterprise deals, including multi-threaded discovery, technical integration, procurement navigation, and executive alignment.
- Design sales plays and deal guidance to support Enterprise field teams in creating and capturing value.
- Translate product and market knowledge into actionable content, messaging frameworks, and tools tailored for Enterprise audiences.
- Lead onboarding for new Enterprise sellers and build ongoing learning experiences that drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and coaching engagements.
- Work cross-functionally with Enablement, Product Marketing, Business Systems, and Sales Ops to ensure Enterprise teams have the right tools, content, and context to succeed.
- Monitor performance data using platforms like Gong and Salesforce to measure impact and identify opportunities for coaching or intervention.
- Drive alignment across global stakeholders to ensure the Enterprise team is supported consistently across regions.
- 10+ or more years of experience in Sales Enablement or Enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on large, complex accounts
- Demonstrated success supporting or leading strategic sales motions into Enterprise accounts
- Experience designing and delivering high-impact training programs, both in-person and virtually
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver them in a way that resonates with seasoned sellers
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity while driving clarity and results
- Working knowledge of sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement effectiveness and business outcomes
- Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with Enterprise sales tools including Salesforce, Gong, Glean, and Outreach
- Command of the Message certified
- Familiar with Corporate Visions programming
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment
