Senior Sales Executive

YOUR MISSION
This role is primarily focused on Glovo’s Q-Commerce (quick commerce) vertical , which focuses on working with Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Shops (e.g., electronics, beauty, flowers, toys, video games, etc.
As a Partner Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business by establishing strong relationships and signing the largest Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Shops in the country.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our services, and closing deals that contribute to the expansion of our platform. Your ability to understand market trends, communicate effectively, and negotiate with partners will be vital in achieving both personal and company sales targets.
THE JOURNEY (responsibilities)- Seal partnerships with the best local retail accounts, always aligned with the company goals
- As owner of Glovo’s revenue, you’ll make sure that all deals follow the required profitability
- Build long term partnerships and ensure a fast and smooth onboarding
- Keep your pipeline updated on a daily basis
- Meet ambitious weekly and monthly Sales objectives defined by the company. You'll want to crush these goals
- Research accounts, identify stakeholders/decision makers and generate interest about Glovo
- Daily report with the tasks executed (calls and visits) via Salesforce (CRM)
- Minimum 5 years of total experience in Sales and/or Business development
- Knowledge of the Retail & Grocery industry is a significant plus
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
- Problem solving with strong commercial and analytical skills
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomous and self motivated who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
- Data-driven mentality and a result oriented mindset
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office and Salesforce
- Full proficiency in Bulgarian and fluent in English is a must
