About the Role: Sales Manager, Nordics (Mid-Market)We’re hiring our first Sales Manager for the Nordics Mid-Market team - based in Sweden - to lead a group of high-performing Account Executives and take Cloudflare’s regional presence to the next level. With a strong existing foundation and ambitious growth targets, this is your opportunity to be both a builder and a leader, shaping go-to-market strategy and team culture from the ground up.
This role will partner closely with the Head of Northern Europe and cross-functional leaders to drive Cloudflare’s success in the Nordics. You’ll be on the front lines of some of the most exciting technology conversations happening in the region today - from SASE and Zero Trust, to AI infrastructure and modern application security.

Coach and support your team in navigating complex technical deals and customer conversations

Hire and ramp top talent to support our aggressive growth goals

Build scalable sales processes and instill rigor around forecasting, pipeline health, and Salesforce hygiene

Partner cross-functionally to develop region-specific programs and pipeline-generation strategies

Help define the ideal AE profile and territory coverage across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland

Champion the adoption of Cloudflare One (our SASE and Zero Trust platform) and other strategic solutions

Cultivate relationships with key channel partners and help unlock co-sell opportunities

Act as a trusted voice of the Nordics in leadership conversations—sharing market insights, customer feedback, and strategic asks

Based in Sweden (remote), with the ability to travel across the Nordics as needed

Fluent in Swedish and English (other Nordic languages a strong plus)

3+ years of sales leadership experience, with 5+ years of successful quota-carrying sales in B2B SaaS or infrastructure (cloud, networking, security)

Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-velocity pipelines with enterprise-level quality and planning

Experience leading teams through growth, change, and new product adoption

Passion for building and coaching teams in fast-moving environments

Data-driven and operationally excellent - comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Clari, Gong, etc.

Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution mentality

Excellent communication skills and executive presence

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications a plus
