What can you expect as Sales Manager?

  • Work as a Sales Specialist in customer and project acquisition in the technology sector and independently build up a customer network through B2B-acquisition by telephone, social networks, fairs, etc.
  • Create change: Create market and company analyses, recognize the potential of our customers and develop convincing offers and recommendations on this basis
  • Act as a Customer Relationship Manager and look after your own customer base throughout the entire business process, both by telephone and on-site at the customer's premises
  • As a team-oriented project manager, take on responsibility for your project team members and support them in achieving their individual goals and development
  • Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Contribute your expertise to the further development and design of the strategic direction and objectives of the Sales Department
  • Share and expand your professional know-how: Exchange ideas within your specialist department and develop new solutions together as a team

Your profile as Sales Manager

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, physics or similar fields of study
  • Practical professional experience (> 3 years) in sales, business development, key account management or acquisition, preferably in R&D, as well as a basic technical understanding
  • Knowledge and contacts in the automotive, defense, aerospace and medical technology industries are a plus
  • Enthusiasm for the acquisition of new customers and networking as well as for strategic design and management interaction
  • Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and assertiveness
  • Business fluent German and fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel for projects
