What can you expect in this role: Teads is looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Manager with an entrepreneur mindset based in Tokyo, Japan to execute and drive incremental revenue growth in an exciting new territory. 

You are a natural hunter who uncover new business and service existing. Reporting to the Head of Sales, your primary focus is to maximise revenue through selling of Teads advertising solutions, whilst ensuring the delivery of superior client service and results. 

  • Define and implement the sales strategy for the region
  • Proactively develop business on all Teads products
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationshipsRepresent Teads and be a brand ambassador in the online advertising marketplace
  •  with high level clients
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience and Publishing to ensure client campaign expectations are clear, on time, and on budget 
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue at all times

About You

  • A fantastic track record of prospecting and delivering success
  • Minimum 7 years sales experience in either adtech or online media
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape
  • University degree
  • Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
  • Fluent in both Japanese and English
