Senior Sales Operations Analyst/Strategist

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Strategist to perform complex analysis on large sets of sales data and trends over a period of time. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role  will prepare dynamic dashboards on sales metrics, financial planning and forecast on a periodic basis. As a strategist, this role will provide insights to the Sales Operations team and work closely with the management team to understand business opportunities and improve the overall efficiency and execution of the global Sales organization. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Review, organize and analyze complex sales datasets and trends. Responsible for understanding quota attainment, seasonality and equity across regions. Provide tactical insights and recommend solutions to the management team 
  • Responsible for implementation of prioritized projects and initiatives in related work areas. Identify and flag potential conflicts and issues to the management team based on data trends and analysis. Support the Sales Ops team in implementing an appropriate course of action, as required. 
  • Provide support in areas such as Go-To-Market, business and Sales Operations planning, coverage optimization, demand management, forecasting, territory planning and performance management. 
  • Actively engage and contribute to  cross-functional projects. Provide updates to the management team, as required. Responsible for leading and implementing sub-projects, as required. 
  • Participate in the development of  various sales operations processes and internal standards. Support the Sales Operations team in championing  and rolling-out of related  enablement activities. 
  • Influence and partner with the wider Global Operations team by sharing feedback, requirements and best practices to ensure efficient operation of the Sales organization. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • Significant relevant work experience. 
  • Familiarity with Sales technologies is preferred. Bachelor degree in Business or other relevant field. 
  • Solid understanding of all sales operational processes, methodologies, and tools. Prior experience in project management would be an asset.

Canada Pay Range For This Role$78,400—$109,800 CAD
