As a Senior Specialist of Sales & Retail Engagement, you’ll take the lead in driving store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the Department Manager, you'll serve as a trusted mentor to Sales Associates and Specialists while modeling top-tier selling behaviors. With a deep knowledge of home furnishings, design, and consultative sales, you’ll help shape the customer journey from inspiration to purchase. What are the Job Requirements?
- 🏅Leadership & Coaching Experience: 2–4 years of experience leading or mentoring teams in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail or design setting.
- 🛒 Sales & Customer Engagement Expertise: A proven track record of exceeding sales targets through proactive, solution-based customer interactions.
- 🧠 Business Acumen & Strategy: Strong ability to analyze KPIs and apply insights to improve individual and team performance.
- 🎨 Product & Design Knowledge: Comfort and confidence working with home furnishings and design solutions, with a passion for style and function.
- 💬 Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear, thoughtful communication skills that elevate both customer interactions and team collaboration.
- 🧩 Problem-Solving Agility: Adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to manage multiple priorities without compromising service quality.
- 🖥️ Tech Savvy: Experience using CRM systems, design tools, POS, and Microsoft or Google Suite tools to drive results.
- 📅 Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on evolving business needs.
