Position Overview

The Sr. Salesforce Administrator will work within the Global CRM team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist with the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The Sr. Salesforce Administrator is expected to perform the fundamental job functions outlined below.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand desired outcomes and translate them into technical specifications, delivering a project plan that includes all needed business decision, configuration changes, etc.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using a combination of native and third-party solutions, including Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and integrations
  • Resolve support requests from Salesforce Users, including tracking SLAs and resolutions in our Case management solution
  • Create and maintain Report Types, and develop and deliver Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
  • Assist with new user onboarding and training, including development of a knowledge base to support self-service goals and initiatives
  • Identify existing and upcoming features and best practices and suggest changes or enhancements to ensure maximum value of Salesforce platform
  • Accurately manage all aspects of project deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional project teams to gather requirements, discuss build options, deliver solutions, provide training and ongoing support
  • Assist with the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and standards are followed
  • Ensure best practices are being followed with respect to solutions, security settings, email deliverability, etc.
  • Support other Salesforce team initiatives

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification required
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transform, and load tools
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in Salesforce declarative tools and solutions
  • Basic understanding of APEX triggers and classes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive; able to master new concepts and processes with ease
  • Adjusts plans, expectations, and/or processes to meet changing needs of key stakeholders
  • Highly motivated individual with demonstrated initiative, independence, professionalism and adaptability
  • Well organized, good time management skills, and prioritizes appropriately
  • Effectively work in teams; team oriented
  • Maintains a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and treats others with respect
  • Occasional off-hour work may be necessary for software releases
