Role: Senior Social Producer (FTC 12 Months)
Location:Remote (a need to be in London when client requests) or London, United Kingdom
ROLE MISSION
As our Senior Social Producer, you will spearhead creative projects from concept to completion. Collaborating closely with our clients and cross-functional teams, you will oversee the end-to-end creative process - from developing social strategies to managing production to ensuring flawless execution. You will leverage your many years of social media production experience to elevate our creative output. An innovative collaborator at heart, you will source fresh ideas from across disciplines - identifying opportunities to integrate print, digital, and broadcast tactics. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop fresh ideas and oversee production with creative excellence. Help us drive success through compelling social storytelling!
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Work closely with the Head of Project Management to ensure the Creative Services Dept is working in a standardised, optimum way
- Influence processes and ways of working through idea generation
- Implement new process and operational initiatives
- Overall ownership of Integrated Creative Projects from Brief to Fulfillment.
- Work closely with strategy and account teams in preparing advertising strategy and milestones for the client.
- Liaise with Account Teams to determine campaign scope, estimates, milestones and schedules.
- Work with Account Teams to agree and create Timing Plans and Estimates within our internal Traffic System.
- Collaborate with account teams to define campaign objectives, deliverables, budgets and timelines
- Develop compelling social strategies and concepts
- Direct creative teams and provide guidance to align efforts and maximize quality
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Champion process improvements to increase efficiency
- Track campaign analytics and measure performance against goals
- Motivate and inspire teams to deliver creative excellence
- Be comfortable shooting in front of the camera.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- 5+ years managing social media campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of digital production and emerging social platforms
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Passion for social media and staying on the pulse of trends
- Team leadership abilities and creative vision
- Agency experience preferred
- Track record executing innovative, integrated campaigns
