Your Mission

We are in search of a Senior Strategic Project Manager – Strategy, Finance & Legal (m/f/d), with the drive to build RobCo into the category-leading SMB automation company in Europe. We’ve raised >€50M from the world’s best VCs, such as Sequoia and Lightspeed and top-notch angel investors such as Daniel Dines and Christian Reber to achieve our vision.As a foundational member of RobCo’s team, you’ll work closely with our CEO, VP Revenue, Head of Solutions Engineering, and Head of Supply Chain Management.In this role you will be accountable for:Strategic:

  • Preparation of board meetings
  • Business modeling and forecasting
  • Market intelligence (target customer, market sizing, competitor analysis)
  • Definition of internationalization strategy into other European markets
  • Company-wide strategy process
  • + many more initiatives along the way
Financial Management:
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize financial performance
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and initiatives
Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on potential impacts
  • Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory agencies
  • Conduct internal audits to identify and mitigate legal risks
Reporting and Communication:
  • Prepare regular reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Present financial and legal information to senior management and board of directors
  • Communicate with investors, lenders, and other external parties as needed

Your Profile

  • 5+ years experience in with a demonstrated track record of success role in a fast-paced and early stage setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
