Senior Analyst

The Senior Analyst will support the Logistics Team in optimizing the end-to-end supply chain. This role will support the operations in providing analysis and insights that unlock significant cost reduction, increase reliability and improve our customer experience. Responsibilities include overseeing building and monitoring metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvements, and contributing to strategic projects.The Senior Analyst will partner cross-functionally to manage business processes that are critical to the operation of the broader supply chain. You may be asked to travel up to 10% within the United States.

You will ...

• Act as the subject matter expert in all aspects of HelloFresh’s distribution & shipping analytics
• Report to Senior Manager to enhance customer experience
• Evolve business processes to support the growth and scaling of our logistics network and improve cost, quality, and scalability
• Serve as the logistics analytics subject matter expert for KPI definition and tracking
• Leverage database tools to analyze data and inform strategy 
• Develop, improve, and maintain Logistics data tools 
• Support the management of the project life cycles and work closely with stakeholders to define problem statements, set expectations and drive solutions
• Serve as a mentor to junior analysts and support onboarding and new process learnings in conjunction with leadership
• Support cross-functional teams within logistics and in the greater HelloFresh supply chain with data analysis
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with varying ad-hoc projects

You have …

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in supply chain operations, with relevant experience in analytical environment required
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the United States required
• Previous experience working with operational data such as carrier or supplier performance preferred 
• Experience in turning analysis into action using tools such as Excel, SQL, Alteryx/KNIME, or Tableau preferred
