Senior Supply Chain Program Manager
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented, dedicated Senior Program Manager to join the growing Strategy and Network Planning team in Seattle, WA. Combining a background in program management with a deep understanding of Supply chain, you will be at the forefront of deciding where, when, and how to expand our network footprint to support Chewy’s long term growth trajectory. You will partner with Data Scientists to build in house tools and systems, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising teams, Operations, and Engineering to collect requirements, implement the solutions, measurements, and scale the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a long-term assortment flow and inventory storage strategy to maximize the return on Capex investment.
- Drive alignment with key stakeholders including Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain organizations, and Merchandising.
- Work cross-functionally with business partners to gather requirements and inputs for model and system development.
- Identify the gaps in current processes and drive improvement by using data driven analytical skills.
- Shaping strategic supply chain decisions by using data driven analysis and business intelligence Tools/Reporting.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field of study.
- Five (5) years of related experience within project management and supply chain processes.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain concepts including capacity planning, inventory placement, inbound and outbound proceses, and Network Optimization.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel advanced modeling.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Bonus (if applicable):
- E-commerce, Retail, or startup experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager position is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
