The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role across our entire talent acquisition process: scheduling interviews with a wide variety of candidates (entry-level to executives), providing support for interviews (whether virtual or in-person), and helping to source for select skill sets when you’re not busy with interviews. Your Mission

The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will help deliver the best interview experience for OneTrust’s candidates and interview teams by facilitating the interview process from initial contact to feedback collection, including day-of support and logistics. This includes managing calendar events, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for creating strong relationships with our executive team and provide candidates with a “white glove” experience. This role will assist in booking travel and may occasionally need to be in office to assist onsite interviews. The Sr. Recruiting Coordinator will utilize LinkedIn, applicant database, and other research tools to source and screen candidates for open and future searches and will communicate effectively though e-mail and phone with all members of the recruiting team, employees involved in the interview process, and candidates. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator will also assist with creating and operationalizing interview plans and job descriptions. This role may also be involved in training interviewers, auditing, and other administrative tasks.

You are someone with excellent attention to detail and organization skills, and you are a strong oral and written communicator. You are able to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment, and you are self-motivated, demonstrate initiative, and operate with urgency.

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Very familiar with Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Executive and high-volume scheduling skills
  • Track record of identifying opportunities for scheduling and candidate experience improvement and implementing changes
  • Sourcing experience
  • Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System Preferred

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$31.50—$47.60 USDBenefits
