Your Mission:

We are hiring! As our Senior Talent Acquistion Manager (m/w/d) you will be part of our fantastic People Team and own the entire recruitment strategy and process: from attracting and selecting new talents, to getting contracts signed. 

Your Responsibilities / What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high caliber talent
  • Creation of meaningful requirement profiles and job advertisements
  • Active sourcing via various channels and platforms
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Support and advise hiring managers in the selection process
  • Negotiations with job platforms for the placement of job advertisements
  • Identification and establishment of suitable recruiting channels
  • Cooperation with external recruitment agencies and other external partners
  • Relationship management with promising candidates also for building an external talent pipeline and network
  • Drive innovative EVP and Employer Branding projects
  • Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to ensure recruitment objectives are met

Your profile / What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (sourcing, recruiting and employer branding) in a startup/scaleup, or similar dynamic environment
  • Excellent stakeholders management skills
  • Strong, positive communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Empathy, self-organisation, and a customer-focused, result-oriented, analytical mindset
  • Strong decision-making skills
