About this roll* (Responsibilities) 

In this role you will:

  • Manage Leadership Recruitment:  Oversee the entire process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders and Executives:  Understand business needs, create interview and assessment plans, and align on role scope.
  • Source and Build Pipelines:  Use inclusive techniques to find candidates and develop talent pipelines from a diverse set of backgrounds.
  • Conduct Market Research:  Identify and target top leadership talent through market mapping and benchmarking. 
  • Adapt Strategies and Track Progress:  Adjust recruiting strategies based on business needs, and use data to measure success and optimize inclusive hiring practices.
  • Ensure a Great Candidate Experience:  Maintain high standards of communication and champion diversity, equity, and including throughout the recruiting process. 
  • Partner Cross Functionally:  Work closely with People and Places teams to ensure alignment in role scope, complexity, responsibilities, level, and compensation structures.

 

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience
  • We’re looking for someone who is passionate about finding the best leaders, can build strong relationships with senior leaders and executives, is proactive in sourcing candidates, values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and can adapt quickly to changing business needs.  
  • Director+ recruiting experience.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions if eligible), equity, and benefits.Pay Range$94,000—$150,000 USD
