Role Overview 

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to cover maternity leave starting early November 2025, supporting recruitment across EMEA and APAC. This role is pivotal in driving strategic hiring initiatives, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across EMEA and APAC, from intake to onboarding. 
  • Collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders to guide hiring needs across EMEA and APAC. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing consultative guidance on hiring decisions, and market. 
  • Champion candidate experience through timely communication and brand-aligned interactions. 
  • Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics. 
  • Ensure compliance with StepStone’s hiring policies and procedures, including diversity goals and approvals  
  • Support onboarding and post-hire feedback processes in collaboration with HR and hiring teams. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in senior-level financial services recruitment across international markets, especially EMEA and APAC. 
  • Ensure and understand compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and employment regulations across EMEA and APAC. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders. 
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and presenting insights. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Attributes 

  • Experience in financial services or private equity recruitment. 
  • Understanding of immigration and work eligibility processes across EMEA/APAC.
