As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Trustpilot, you will partner with stakeholders to hire the best people for our teams, those who are not only awesome at their jobs but will all add to our culture. You’ll partner with a range of key stakeholders to recruit for our Corporate function teams (Marketing, Legal, Finance etc.). Innovation, thoroughness, and relationship building are the keys to success in this environment and you will need to bring that into your day-to-day work.

About the role:

In this position, you will team up with our current Corporate TA team member in London to assist the full recruitment cycle for our open vacancies, from identifying, recruiting, and hiring a broad range of professionals with diverse backgrounds, from graduates to VP level. 

Your main responsibility will be to work with hiring managers across various departments and business areas to ensure that we are attracting, and hiring the right talent. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment, from job ad creation, search, interviewing, to negotiating contracts. You'll be given the freedom to work creatively to attract great talent and become a key part of an already successful Global People Team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement highly effective strategies to source, recruit and hire qualified candidates for our corporate vacancies across all markets.
  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously end to end, by managing an effective and streamlined interview process, from candidate sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, and closing of candidates with exceptional candidate experience at the heart of it.
  • Manage candidate flow through Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system, and keep it up to date 
  • Proactively source top talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Develop and implement new recruitment processes/projects 
  • Delivering consistently excellent candidate experience, maintaining strong  communication through every step in the hiring process and develop trusted relationships with stakeholders

Who you are:

  • Track record as an in house TA Specialist
  • Able to work with limited supervision and can quickly adapt to new ways of working
  • Good networking and sourcing skills; utilizing both established and innovative recruitment methods
  • Good communication with a positive and collaborative mindset 
  • Well-developed interview and assessment skills and established interpersonal and relationship-building skills
