What You'll Do:

  • Drive Talent Acquisition: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, Tech Departments, and People Partners to understand their talent needs and create tailored strategies that align with business goals.
  • Leverage Data & Analytics: Use insights to optimise sourcing and hiring decisions, ensuring efficiency and success in every hire.
  • Optimise Hiring Excellence: Elevate the candidate experience while implementing SLAs and KPIs to enhance quality and performance across teams.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep us competitive by staying on top of market trends and continuously innovating to attract and retain top talent.
  • Boost Recruitment Marketing: Create impactful job posting strategies using SEO, effective copywriting, and explore new job boards to reach top talent.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Curated Network and Proven Experience: Leverage a proven track record in tech recruiting (Backend, Frontend, Engineering Management, etc.) within the EU market, supported by a curated network that enables quick access to top talent.
  • Expert Talent Sourcing: Source exceptional candidates through strategic use of platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow, ensuring access to the best talent in the tech industry.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across multiple departments, managing expectations effectively to align recruitment efforts with organisational goals.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilise metrics and analytics to continuously refine hiring strategies, driving improvements in recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Advocate: Implement diversity and inclusion strategies in tech talent acquisition, enhancing the recruitment process and promoting a more equitable hiring environment.
  • Strong Candidate Engagement Skills: Ability to build connections, promote our brand, and create a positive candidate experience to boost offer acceptance rates.
