Are you a driven and experienced Technology Recruiter with a strong track record of hiring top-tier engineering talent? We're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to lead tech hiring efforts across Corsearch.
đź•’Â This is a fixed-term contract role until the end of 2025.
You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality hires across roles like Python Developers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Frontend Developers (TypeScript/React) and more. We need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at sourcing and screening candidates, and can build trust with even the most challenging stakeholders.
âś…Responsibilities and Duties
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles – from initiation, sourcing to offer.
- Proactively source high-quality, often passive, tech candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- Conduct thorough screening calls to assess both technical and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
- Deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience at every stage.
- Manage scheduling, interview coordination, and pipeline tracking via Teamtailor.
- Provide hiring managers with real-time insights on market conditions using LinkedIn Talent Insights and other data sources.
- Influence and guide stakeholders (including challenging managers) with a data-driven approach.
- Ensure recruitment metrics are tracked, reported, and used to drive improvements.
- Support with broader recruitment projects and administrative tasks (e.g. Excel tracking, offer coordination).
- Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure engagement throughout the process.

- Proven success in a hands-on tech recruitment role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Strong experience hiring across Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Frontend (React/TypeScript) roles.
- Exceptional sourcing skills with a focus on identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Confident conducting detailed screening interviews for technical roles.
- Adept in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights to run sourcing campaigns and provide market intel.
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholders, including those with high expectations or complex needs.
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in English.
- Knowledge of French labour laws
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; happy to take ownership of ATS admin (Teamtailor)
- Able to juggle multiple vacancies across time zones and maintain a high-quality experience for all parties.
- Analytical mindset – uses data to inform hiring strategies and stakeholder conversations.
- Experience using Teamtailor or similar applicant tracking systems.
