MongoDB is looking for a Senior Treasury Specialist  to support our growing company's needs. This role requires a strategic thinker, but also someone who is prepared to “roll up their sleeves” and be excited to create a brand new position. The role also requires interaction across the organization, globally and someone with strong communication skills both verbally and written. This role will be reporting to the Director of Treasury. Location: Dublin

• Direct the daily cash management operations, overseeing tasks such as accessing bank reports, calculating and preparing cash positions for multiple accounts, processing wire transfers, and updating daily forecasting projections.
• Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly cash forecasts, ensuring alignment with actual performance. Optimize analysis to support short-term and long-term reporting goals.
• Manage bank accounts, facilitating openings and closures, providing KYC documentation to banking partners, updating signatories, and implementing changes to banking services.
• Collaborate with the Treasury Director to maintain and optimize relationships with key global banks. 
• Conduct analysis of bank fee structures, services, relationships, credit levels, and counterparty credit quality/exposure.
• Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders for setting up new banking accounts, services, and addressing bank inquiries and related matters.
• Support Treasury Director in transformation initiatives, including cash management restructures, In-House Bank implementation, and technology assessments and implementations.
• Assist in risk management by identifying and recommending strategies to minimize foreign currency exchange exposure. 
• Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes affecting treasury operations.
• Coordinate Treasury reporting, including the creation and management of a monthly treasury KPI dashboard.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate treasury or related field.
• Cash management, banking, and/or financial markets experience a plus
• Strong organizational and operational skills.
• Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Think creatively, are highly driven, and skilled at creating structure in situations that are uncertain or ambiguous within a rapidly growing business.
• Demonstrated the ability to roll up your sleeves and work with team members, driving projects through to completion.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task
