Summary of Position Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to manage the installation and maintenance scheduling for Seeing
Machines customers by utilizing staff and installation partners
Key Responsibilities of the role
· Managing customer installations and maintenance jobs.
· Raising purchase orders for install partners.
· Analyze installer invoices for mistakes/discrepancies.
· Process invoices against returned Job Cards.
· Build relationships with customer and installation partners.
· Liaise with Seeing Machines teams as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Ensure optimization of jobs to ensure installers are utilized best for customer outcomes.
· Manage EDR requests from customers.
· Work with other team members to support customer Warranty and RMA processing.
· Manage the lifecycle of installations and maintenance jobs to ensure customer
expectations are exceeded.
· Manage customer expectations with excellent interpersonal skills.
· Liaise with Installers to attend customer sites for work
