Role: Social & Community Manager 

Location: Spain, Madrid (onsite)

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Manage the social eco-system of the client including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & YouTube. 
  • Partner with the Digital Assistant Brand Manager and Brand Manager, to develop channel-specific strategies, daily and monthly objectives and editorial guidelines. Strong copywriter - Long and Short form. 
  • Plan the monthly always-on social calendar and email design in collaboration with brand team & agency partners. 
  • Review, respond to and moderate customer posts and messages across social channels. 
  • Identify trending topics and content to comment on, create nimble content around (image, caption on image, live cast or lightweight video) or otherwise respond to. 
  • Work with Marketing Effectiveness to produce a monthly Social dashboard benchmarking the performance of TGL against historical performance and category leaders. 
  • Identify innovation opportunities together with relevant platform and media partners. 
  • Identify potential influencers to drive endorsement and reviews. 
  • Plan website content with brand team & agency partners and publish. 
  • Working with Digital Designers to oversee production for video/stills. 

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • 3+ years of Community Management experience at a recognised B2C brand or at an agency working on recognised B2C brands. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a Liberal Arts major. 
  • Ability to write in fluent English. 
  • Experience working natively within platforms as well as using social management tools such as SalesForce Social Studio, Falcon.io or Percolate and social listening tools including Crimson Hexagon, Sysomos and others.
