About the role: 

The Social Media and Community Manager at Nintex is responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy to enhance its brand marketing strategies and support marketing campaign efforts. This role encompasses managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, building employee advocacy, analyzing social media metrics, and staying updated with platform updates and trends.

Your contribution will be:  

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Define platform-specific strategies based on historical engagement, ideal customer profiles, and market trends.  
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for various social media platforms. This includes writing posts, orchestrating the creation of images and videos with our graphic design team, and ensuring content aligns with our brand voice. 
  • Peer Review Management: Monitor, track, and report on peer review sites. Optimize profiles with rich content, and merchandize voice of the customer content across other platforms and Nintex digital properties. Engage with customer advocacy and experiences teams to incentivize and drive new reviews to platforms like G2 and TrustRadius.  
  • Collaboration: Work across marketing, talent brand, and customer experience to elevate interesting and engaging content from across the organization.  
  • Analytics: Use analytic tools to track the success of campaigns. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices. 
  • Experience managing an active user community, bonus if developer-related 
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing. 
  • Technical Focus: Sprout Social, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
