Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Software Development Manager at our Minneapolis, MN location responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, and support of software applications and related integrations.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop in depth knowledge of business processes and systems environment and actively participate in the definition, design, development, testing and implementation of software functionality using the Agile methodology.
  • Create or modify complex programs, modules, routines, scripts and data objects from a detailed design where efficiency, performance and reliability are critical.
  • Collaborate to identify, isolate and resolve malfunctions related to software, conduct knowledge transition on solutions to the designated application support team.
  • Create and evolve application documentation as required.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience.
  • Full term of experience must include: software engineering development lifecycle practices and processes;
  • Java, Python, or similar modern language;
  • Common development frameworks and web technologies such as Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services, Jenkins, Terraform, Agile/Scrum, open-source technologies, responsive application design; and
  • Performance management.
  • The position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Exempt salary team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations. 

Base Salary Range$148,500—$237,500 USD
