What you’ll do

Doctolib is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Clinical & Financial domain.

In this  team, your main scope will be online payment systems. Together with the team, your goal will be to create a new, end to end payment experience for practitioners: You will focus on several bricks, introducing the online payment feature in the Doctolib Practice product, enabling practitioners to collect payment from their patients in a fast, frictionless and secure way! You will also take care of reporting, making sure that both patients and practitioners can access payment  information at any given moment.  

 

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to improve healthcare access for patients
  • Be a leader to contribute to establishing a technical vision that ensures the performance, security, and usability of the application
  • Bring your expertise and past experiences to help us continuously improve the way we design, implement, test and monitor high-quality features
  • Improve the performance of key features implemented in React (TypeScript/Javascript) and Java, sometimes completely challenging the status quo
  • Collaborate in a high performing team to deliver roadmap items 
  • Contribute to and co-drive Doctolib’s technical roadmap and vision 
Who you are

  • You are a proactive, curious, and collaborative learner
  • You are a full stack developer with a good knowledge of both BE and FE
  • You have experience with Java; if you have experience with React, that’s a plus
  • You have a “user first” mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users, through secure, well-tested and pragmatic code
  • You are very focused on code quality and have a rigorous testing culture; TDD approach is a plus
  • Experience with a Payment Service Integration is a plus
