It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Solutions Consultant to our growing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Professional Services, you will have the opportunity to accelerate our fast growth by supporting sales, implementation, and customer success in their pursuit to expand our payments footprint within the short-term rental industry.

 As the Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively across Go-to-Market, Product, Design, and Engineering as the subject matter expert on our booking engine and payment products to support prospects and customers alike.
  • Serving as a technical partner across the full customer lifecycle, providing both pre-sales solutioning and post-sales implementation support.
  • Leading customer-facing product demos and delivering technical guidance during onboarding and expansion.
  • Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues, conducting in-depth troubleshooting, and coordinating resolution when needed.
  • Partnering closely with Engineering and Product to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Documenting and streamlining internal processes, particularly related to Tally (payment processor) and Signal (direct booking engine) workflows.
  • Supporting training and enablement alongside cross-functional teammates to ensure strong product knowledge and adoption.
  • Providing light CSM ownership for select accounts as needed, ensuring customer success and ongoing value realization.
  • Working with prospects to understand and validate technical requirements, operational dependencies, and build proposals

  • Collaborative: You enjoy partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to provide value to clients. 

Now that we’ve told you what the job looks like, here are the qualifications we're looking for in a candidate:

  • 2+ years of solutions consultant, customer success or implementation experience
  • Experience with e-commerce and/or payment processing
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to deeply understand product functionality and troubleshoot complex issues independently
  • Self-starter with a strong ownership mentality, experience taking initiative and expanding impact over time
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes
  • Confidence in communicating to both technical and non-technical individuals 
  • Working knowledge of the short-term rental industry is a plus
