As the Head of Product, you will ensure a top-tier customer experience for our SB product, delivering smooth, engaging customer journeys with a slick and intuitive UI. You'll champion a customer-centric product development process, effectively integrating user research and product analytics. Additionally, you will play a key role in contributing to the overall success of the SB Product department.

Your main stakeholders will include the Head of Product and their teams, with whom you will align on strategy, roadmaps, and manage dependencies. You will also collaborate with the Head of Design and their teams to ensure alignment on design strategy and roadmaps. Working closely with Tech Teams, such as Engineering Managers and the Head of Engineering, you will manage dependencies, ensure smooth deliveries, and refine ways of working. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders outside of the SB domain, such as Native Apps and Central Branding teams, and present and advocate for front-end improvements to B2B Partners and Commercial Stakeholders.

  A taste of what you'll be doing
  • Set the overall vision & direction for the front-end facing part of our SB
  • Ensure high quality UX / UI in terms of user flows and visuals
  • Ensure a fit for purpose CMS / Front-end Back-office to manage customizations and configurations across brands
  • Ensure effective balance between Discovery and Delivery to have a strong roadmap both long-term and short-term
  • Ensure effective balance between smaller optimizations in the product vs bigger feature deliveries
  • Seamlessly incorporate user research and Product Analytics for an insights driven Product Development process
  • Ensure effective ways of working between the Product Team and the rest of the SB vertical – With Design, with other parts of Product, Engineering and key stakeholders outside of SB
  • Build and manage a best in class Product team and effectively enable people managers in the organization to lead their respective teams
  • Evangelize the Sportsbook product vision within Betsson Group

 

What we're looking for
  • +10 years in Product Management and minimum of 5 years as a People Manager for larger teams (>8 people)

  • +7 years SB experience 

  • Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to develop products & teams

  • Strong track record of successfully leading large design teams for complex digital products.
