The (Senior) Product Manager is a critical role to drive product development for Sportsbook. The role will work strategically & operationally with the SB product making sure the B2B / Expansion stream has a clear product direction and roadmap.

• Actively identify and assess opportunities for enhancing the competitiveness of the Sportsbook Product through the products in scope for the B2B / Expansion value stream
• Drive product development initiatives – Especially in relation to PAM integrations, brand set-ups and improving our Front-end APIs
• Investigate Compliance requirements in relation to new market entry and provide recommendations on feasibility
• Lead requirements gathering and set direction for product improvements - Ensuring all product documentation is well prepared and kept up to date
• Manage the backlog for product-related work towards relevant development teams in collaboration with relevant POs. Act as the champion (expert) of the domain towards other POs and Dev. teams
• Together with the Engineering Manager actively assess and drive improvements to automate work flows and reduce lead time for product initiatives
• Recruit and manage a high-performing team of POs in the value stream
• Contribute to the overall direction and long-term roadmap of the SB product
• Working with Product Director, other Product Manager(s), Product owners and other relevant stakeholders to ensure priorities are correctly established and followed, based the longer-term strategy for the product and the overall roadmap
• Communicating with stakeholders and management on the progress of works
• Represent SB Product on B2B related Sales pitches
• Contribute to shaping & improving ways of working for the SB Product team

• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Product Manager / Senior Product Owner working in agile methodologies;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience from the gaming industry and with Sportsbook
• Should have passion and knowledge about Sportsbook
• Engineering / Computer Science degree (M.Sc.) or similar from renowned University
• Experience working with teams in multiple locations;
• Product certification(s)
